Do you sell e-Bike parts?

Yes, we do. We have a variety of batteries packs listed in our online store.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Online, we use PayPal which accepts most major credit cards. We also have low payment financing for qualified purchasers.

 

Are my payments secured?

Absolutely. Your credit card protection and privacy are very important to us.

E-Bike Rentals

 

How fast will my e-bike go?

Our e-bikes maximum speed is 20MPH.

 

What should I wear?

To ride an e-bike you can wear your regular biking clothes and shoes; however, we do suggest you avoid clothing that can get caught in the mechanism. SUPs require only that you wear your normal swimming attire. We also suggest you come prepared with sun protection.

 

What is included in the price of a tour or rental?

We include in our e-bike rentals the bike, helmet and bike lock.

 

Is there an age or weight limit?

We require that our riders be a minimum of 14 years old and no more than 275 pounds.

 

Do I have to pedal in order to ride?

Our bikes are pedal assist, so yes, but you can pedal as leisurely or as hard as you need or want. A light pedal will get you going.

 

E-Bike Ownership

 

Do you need a license to ride an e-bike?

The Federal law states that if an electric bike travels no more than 20 MPH and only has a 750-watt motor, you are not required to have a license to ride one. However, individual states are allowed to impose their own laws on electric bike licensing, so it is best to check your state’s regulations. Our bikes meet both federal and Florida state laws.

 

How long will my battery last?

Your electric bike will travel for 15-30 miles on one charge. Distance fluctuates according to weight, wind, hills and weather.

 

How long will it take to fully charge my e-bike?

To get a full charge, you will need 4 to 6 hours, but no more than six.

 

Where can I charge my e-bike?

You can charge your e-bike anywhere there is a regular household outlet. If you ride it to work and want to make sure that it has enough charge to get home, you can plug it in right at the office.

 

How far can my e-bike travel on a charge?

Your e-bike will travel between 15-30 miles on a single charge depending on factors such as load weight, wind resistance, climb and pedal assistance.
